Cream Or Powder Face Highlighter For That Radiant Glow?

Nonetheless, cream and powder highlighters do offer different perks, depending on your skin type. Liquid highlighters are perfect for achieving that wet, dewy, fresh out of a steam shower look (even at a Wednesday work meeting).
